Terms of service

By accessing and using ProofHub.com and its native application, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

ProofHub, reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service without prior notice. Any new features, tools, or resources that enhance the current service will also be subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified terms. The most up-to-date version of the Terms of Service can be found at: ProofHub's Terms of service.

Violation of any of the following terms may result in the termination of your account. While ProofHub, prohibits certain conduct and content on the service, you acknowledge that ProofHub, cannot be held responsible for the content posted on your account, and you may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

Account terms

1. To use this service, you must be at least 16 years old.
2. Accounts created by bots or automated methods are strictly prohibited.
3. During the signup process, you must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested information.
4. Each login may only be used by one individual; sharing a single login among multiple people is not permitted. You can create separate logins for multiple users.
5. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ProofHub, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. You are responsible for all content posted and activities that occur within your account, including content posted by other users associated with your account. ProofHub, is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such content.
7. The service may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8. You must not violate any laws, including copyright laws, while using the service. If you violate any laws, you are solely responsible, and ProofHub, will not be held accountable.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms:

1. Paying accounts require a valid credit card. Free accounts are not required to provide credit card information.
2. If you sign up for an account and fail to cancel it before the free/trial period ends, you will be required to pay to continue using the account. Failure to make payment within 7 days of the trial period's expiry will result in the freezing and inaccessibility of your account until payment is made. If you cancel your account before a new billing cycle begins, you will not be charged for the upcoming cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for any previously paid billing cycles.
3. The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used months, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused months with an active account. To ensure fairness, no exceptions will be made.
4. All fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for paying any such taxes, levies, or duties.
5. When upgrading your plan, your provided credit card will be charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of content, features, or account capacity. ProofHub, is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.
6. In the event of a payment failure due to credit card validation or insufficient balance, resulting in an unsuccessful transaction, a grace period of 3 days will be provided to make the payment. Failure to do so will lead to account deletion.

Cancellation and termination

1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing support@proofhub.com or by accessing the "cancel subscription" link in the "Manage plan" tab.
2. Upon cancellation, all of your content will be immediately deleted from ProofHub.com, and the information cannot be recovered.
3. If you cancel your service before the end of your current paid month/year, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be refunded for the remaining period. Additionally, you will not be charged again.
4. ProofHub, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any current or future use of the service or any other services provided by ProofHub, at its sole discretion and for any reason, at any time. Termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and all content within it. ProofHub, also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. ProofHub, may modify or discontinue the service, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice.
2. Prices for all services, including monthly/annual/per user subscription plans, are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided by posting the changes on the ProofHub website (ProofHub.com) or within the service itself.
3. ProofHub, shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Copyright and Content Ownership

1. All content posted on the service must comply with your country's copyright laws.
2. ProofHub, claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. Your profile and uploaded materials remain yours.
3. While ProofHub, does not pre-screen content, it reserves the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any content available through the service at its sole discretion.
4. The visual design elements and HTML/CSS of the service are copyrighted © 2012-2023 ProofHub. Duplication, copying, or reuse of any portion of these elements without written permission from ProofHub, is prohibited.

General conditions

1. Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Technical support is available via email/call and is provided only to paying account holders.
3. ProofHub, utilizes third-party vendors and hosting partners to supply the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service.
4. Modifying, adapting, hacking the service, or falsely implying association with the service or ProofHub, is strictly prohibited.
5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, exploit, or copy any portion of the service without express written permission from ProofHub.
6. ProofHub, may, but is not obligated to, remove content and accounts that violate these Terms of Service or contain unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or objectionable material.
7. Any form of abuse, whether verbal, physical, written, or otherwise, directed towards ProofHub, customers, employees, members, or officers, will result in immediate account termination.
8. You acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including your content, may involve unencrypted transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements.
9. You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited email, SMS, or spam messages.
10. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
11. ProofHub, does not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
12. You understand and agree that ProofHub, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
13. The failure of ProofHub, to enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and ProofHub, superseding any prior agreements.
14. The activity logs for an account will be retained for six months from the date of the activity.
